Government of the Punjab is going to start Developing Resilent Environment and Advancing Municipal Services (DREAMS-1) Project with the financial assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). Departments of Local Government and Community Development (LG&CD) and Housing Urban Development & Public Health Engineering (HUD&PHE) of Punjab will be the Executing Agencies (EAs). Project Coordination Unit, WASA Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur Waste Management Company will be the Implementation Agencies (IAs). DREAMS-I will expand and modernize water supply and solid waste management (SWM) systems to improve the quality. coverage, efficiency and reliability of basic municipal services for residents and businesses, while contributing to decarbonization & climate resilience.
Project requires the services of following Individual Consultants;
Water Supply Specialist
Water Meter Specialist
SCADA Specialist
Renewable Energy Specialist (Solarization)
Accordingly, PMU, PICIIP hereby invites the Expression of Interest (EOI) from the specialists / experts. The above said Consultants will be recruited using "ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time).
EOI must be submitted online via the ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS). The EOI must be submitted using the online template in CMS not later than 13 September, 2023. Access to the online Request for Expression of Interest and terms of reference (TORS) may be reached through the link to Consultant Services Recruitment Notices (CSRN) available at www.adb.org/site/business-opportunities/operational- procurement/consulting. An Individual wishing to submit an EOI must be registered with the CMS which is accessible at http://cms.adb.org.
